LouAnn Conner
LouAnn Conner is the Managing Director of Sagacious Consulting, a management consultancy located in San Francisco, California.
Prior to starting Sagacious Consulting, LouAnn held leadership positions with Booz Allen Hamilton, Pricewaterhouse Coopers, and Honeywell – Technical Services.
In her role of Governance Manager at Pricewaterhouse Coopers, she was the gatekeeper for the Tax Technologies Division annual budget. She reviewed the business cases and offered input for improvement that resulted in increased approval ratings at the Investment Review Boards.
LouAnn holds a Master’s of Business Administration in International Business from Johns Hopkins University, Carey School of Business. She also holds a certification as a Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute (PMI), and a Masters in Business Process Management (BPMM) from the Association of Information and Image Management (AIIM). She earned her Bachelor’s of Science in Civil Engineering from Iowa State University.
Early in her career, LouAnn gained significant experience managing large-scale implementation projects exceeding $50M. She has also managed programs with annual budgets greater than $150M. Her work took her throughout the United States and Europe. Additionally, she managed off-shore teams in Asia and South America.
